This was a common door which had only a deadlock and keyed locks on it. I converted it to a deadlatch with a push paddle for emergency exit. This will always remain locked from the outside to ensure a tenant doesnt forget to lock it. Great set up for a common commercial door. This work was done in Loveland Colorado.
